This netting is great for enclosures because of its light weight, making it easy to cut and work with, yet can still deal with the heaviest of snow loads.  One and a half inch mesh is recommended for larger birds such as pheasants.  The extra heavy knotted netting is used mainly in the most severe weather locations.  The tightly twisted strands and knotted construction make this a strong long lasting product.   It is easily fastened with hog rings or other fasteners.
